As part of the Selbe Sub-Center land acquisition, 1,252 units of land were sterilized and maintained. The 158-hectare Selbe Subcenter housing and re-planning project continues to be in development in the 14th and 18th committee of the Chingeltei district and the 14th committee of the Sukhbaatar district. The project will involve releasing and reconstruction of 2206 units, or 158 hectares of land.
